When filling the Mini Test Tube™, please take care not to go above the top fill line. Your blood should have been between the two fill lines as follows:

The measurement requires a continuous column of blood with no air bubble gaps. Also, please take care not to underfill the Mini Test Tube™. Below are two examples of improperly filled tubes.
